Additional Senior Fitness Class Offered

Are you 55+ and looking to improve your overall health and well-being? Look no further!

The Village offers regular senior fitness classes at H. Douglas Boyce Village Hall in Bible Hill.
Classes are now Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 AM, with an additional class being offered on Thursdays at 9:00 AM.

These classes are designed specifically for seniors and focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance. Participating in regular exercise can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, improve mental health, and increase energy levels. Plus, it's a great way to socialize and meet new people!

Come join instructor Lisa Bayer, who you may recognize as an instructor and participant at Scotia Pool or from one of her fitness or yoga classes around Colchester, and others interested in the same at the hall and take the first step towards a healthier, happier you.

Classes are open to all seniors in the community, so bring a friend and make it a regular part of your routine.

A $2 drop in fee is charged.

We look forward to seeing you there!
