Are you 55+ and looking to improve your overall health and well-being? Look no further! The Village offers summer senior fitness classes at H. Douglas Boyce Village Hall in Bible Hill.
Classes are on Monday and Thursday at 10:00 AM. Classes will run on Monday and Thursday from July 3 to August 28. After that, they will resume on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at the same time.
These classes are designed specifically for seniors and focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance. Participating in regular exercise can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, improve mental health, and increase energy levels. Plus, it's a great way to socialize and meet new people!
Classes are open to all seniors in the community, so bring a friend and make it a regular part of your routine.
A $3 drop in fee is charged.
