Employment Opportunity – Youth Start Program Worker
Village of Bible Hill is recruiting for the Youth Start Program! We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible youth (ages 14-16) to assist with the Girls at Bat program, and provide extra helping hands in other recreation programs under the supervision of senior staff. This flexible, part-time position offers minimum wage compensation and a great opportunity to gain leadership skills, work with children, and be active in the community.

Term of employment: 2025
Hours of employment: This position will work a flexible schedule, as needed, with varying hours.
Rate of pay: $15.70 per hour
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current CPR/first aid certificate or willing to obtain
- Volunteer or work experience that involves children/youth is considered an asset
- High energy with a positive outlook with the passion for working with children/youth
- Ability to work positively with children and the general public
- Ability to supervise children in a group setting
- Enthusiastic individual who believes it is important to be physically active and have fun
- Satisfactory criminal record and child abuse registry checks are a non-negotiable condition of employment
- Reliable transportation to work site(s)

April Senior (55+) Craft Afternoon
April Senior (55+) Craft Afternoon will be taking place on Tuesday, April 15 at 1:30 PM.
The craft will be two wooden owls - with Carla’s Upcycled Creations and total cost will be $20 per person.
