Bible Hill Junior High School

Bible Hill Consolidated Elementary School

Redcliffe Middle School 

Although Redcliffe Middle School is not located in the Village, it is the most closely located middle school in our area. They opened their doors in late January of 1998. It is now home to almost five hundred grade 5 through 7 students and a teaching staff of thirty. For more information visit

Cobequid Education Center

Cobequid Educational Centre is located in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a large senior high school of approximately 1400 students and 80 teaching staff.

Bridgeway Academy

Bridgeway is an educational facility with locations in Dartmouth, Yarmouth, Stellarton and Truro, Nova Scotia.  Having been designated a special education facility by the Nova Scotia Department of Education, Bridgeway Academy has helped thousands of children understand their learning disabilities and find success in their education.

Our mission at Bridgeway is to teach children with learning disabilities the way they learn.  We have many programs designed to teach skills, provide remediation for students and teach advocacy. Bridgeway’s Social Skills program, approach to meeting behavioural needs and specially designed curriculum, are just a few of the programs tailored to meet our student’s strengths and needs.  Through participation in our program, students learn about their learning disability and how to communicate their unique learning style to others.

Dalhousie Agricultural College

“Founded in 1905, Dalhousie's Agricultural Campus has come of age and stands at the threshold of a new era in agricultural education, training and research. The campus is home to the Faculty of Agriculture, which provides agricultural based Technical, Technology, Bachelor and Masters level programs. Recent improvements to the farm complex and research facilities now make it one of the most modern, best equipped university campuses in the Atlantic region.

The story of the Agricultural Campus is interwoven with the history and development of the agriculture industry of Nova Scotia and the Atlantic Provinces. The institution also figures prominently in the history of the Truro and Bible Hill area.

On May 20, 2011, the Province of Nova Scotia and Dalhousie University launched a process to merge Nova Scotia Agricultural College (NSAC) with Dalhousie University. The merger itself was effective September 1, 2012.”

Nova Scotia Community College – Truro Campus

Truro campus offers a full range of programs each year. Davis Hall, located onsite, offers a student residence, daycare and a pre-school. An open, light-filled atrium, affectionately called "The Peak", is where students hang out and study.
